The Future of Healthcare in Santa Barbara County

Paul has been a healthcare management executive for more than 25 years. His experience includes Medi-Cal (Medicaid) Managed Care Health Plan operations, multi-hospital and health systems, managed care, medical group operations, physician practice management, non-profit, community-based, and safety-net health organizations. Since 2016, Paul has been an adjunct professor at UCSB teaching introduction to healthcare, and an upper division seminar on health the care delivery system in the U.S. Paul earned a Master of Public Health degree in healthcare administration from Yale University School of Public Health in 1988.
