October 29, 2026 Area #4. 4:00 - 6:00PM Registration is OPEN NOW Please register ASAP so we have a head count for food and drinks. You are invited along with your spouse/parner and children.Please click on the link below to attend or decline. You can also register for your family and guests. Tacos from a Taco Truck. Beverages are included (even adult beverages). Note that all members will be charged $40 for this Event whether you attend or not. The $40 fee will appear on your next statement. There may be a small charge for guests (spouse/childeren/friends). We think we have budgeted enough to cover the cost for ourr guests. Games: We are bringing 2 or 3 Corn Hole boards with bags. There are horse shoe pitts at the park. Bring horse shoes if you have them. Other games like frisbee are welcomed. The event must close at 6:00PM because the park gates will close.
05 Nov. 2026 RCSB Lunch -- Adam McKaig from Adam's Angels Nov. 05, 2026 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. The Santa Barbara Rotary Club is pleased to welcome Adam McKaig, the founder of Adam's Angels to our Rotary meeting. Adam Co-founded 'Adam's Angels' in 2020 due to Santa Barbara's shutdown at the onset of the pandemic. It is one of Santa Barbara's most notable non-profits that assists the underserved, providing food and clothing to some of Santa Barbara's most vulnerable residents. Adam is a long time realtor in the community and has received numerous awards for his sales accomplishments and community involvement, including the 'Heart of the Community' award from Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex in 2023.

19 Nov. 2026 RCSB Lunch -- Fire Chief Chris Mailes Nov. 19, 2026 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. The Santa Barbara Rotary Club is pleased to welcome Santa Barbara Fire Chief Chris Mailes to speak to our club. Chief Mailes was appointed to the position of Fire Chief on March 27, 2021.Previous to that he served as Acting Fire Chief, assuming the position on October 23, 2020, after the retirement of Fire Chief Eric Nickel. Chief Mailes oversees the eight-station fire department with 104 employees. A 33 year member of the SBFD, Chief Mailes previously held the rank of Battalion Chief and was most recently assigned to the Operations Division as a shift BC. Prior to that assignment, he served as the Department’s Training Officer. A native of the City of Santa Barbara, Chief Mailes grew up on the Mesa, attended local schools and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from UCSB. He holds a Chief Officer Certification from the California State Fire Marshal’s Office. He is also a state licensed paramedic.
