St. Vincents, established in 1858, is one of Santa Barbara's oldest charitable organizations. Originally founded as an orphanage, it has evolved to meet the changing needs of the community. Today, St. Vincents offers a wide range of services, including affordable housing, early childhood education, and senior care. Former member and retired Santa Barbara Schools Superintendent Brian Sarvis is only the second person to "through hike" the 400 mile Condor Trail through the Los Padre National Forest.  He has led a life of adventure including long distance running, climbing high altitude mountains, trekking in Africa and the Andes, and traveling throughout the world.  He will be talking at our lunch about his exploration of the Condor Trail, a trail that runs the length of the Los Padres National Forest from Gorman to Big Sur.

Back by popular demand, we will be be having our annual past Presidents Meeting where we learn more about the history of our club from many of our past Presidents.  Michael Baker will be emceeing this very popular event
